Nunavut Nonsense

A few weeks ago Jen started up Nunavut Nonsense again. For those of you who have been around for a while, this was a great blog we started last winter to get through the dreary, dark winter months. We had a lot of fun "contests", and this is the new one. The challenge was to make an Inukshuk out of something creative. Rob and I talked about what we would do for this contest, and initially talked about making an inukshuk out of tires at the dump. I then thought I would get the preschool kids to lay down at work and make one out of them, but the more I thought about it I didn't think they would all stay put long enough to take the picture. So when I mentioned this to the girls at work, they said "Well, why don't WE do it?" So, here we all are at our finest. Rob had to stand on a chair to get the picture right, but I love it. It just goes to show what great people I work with. There is a carving of an Inukshuk from Nunavut on the line for whoever wins the contest. So, you should really go check out NUNAVUT NONSENSE and vote for your favorite!

My first thought when I saw the photo was that Nunavut had its own jim jones kool-aid.

Glad to read it is all in fun :)

Cool photo. Although, the sour patch kids inukshuk looks tasty.
