When I was at work today looking through some clothes, Joey found this shirt. Lately he is OBSESSED with Tinkerbell and insisted on wearing this shirt. He has his shirt off and this on before I could stop him. I convinced him to put his shirt back on and put Tinkerbell over it, seeing that this shirt is 2 sizes too small. He is in bed now, and insisted on wearing it to bed. And yes, he wore this at preschool all day, to the post office where he had to show the man there, and in the store. I figure if Kara can let her son wear his underwear over his pants and take him out in public, I'm safe with my little guy wearing a pink Tinkerbell shirt. *grin*

Michael thinks Tweety Bird is awesome. I don't have the heart to tell him they don't make boys' clothes with Tweety on them. Instead, I gave him one of my old pyjama tops.
Although I never wore Tinkerbell, I did wear Tweety. I had these AWSOME jeans that had a Tweety decal on them. I wore them for 2 years while living in the Gay Village in Montreal. I was a hit!
Was I wearing womans' jeans that whole time?
aahahah I love it Tina!!!
Right now we're working with a theme at school - Attitudes - and one of the questions asked is "Why can't boys wear pink?"
I love it - also the Tweety shirts and jeans!
Also - a few years ago I had a pink leather jacket and some of the boys in Grade 8 always had to touch it, because they thought it was soo hawt...
Might we hope there is a change coming...
YOU ROCK MOM! You have to pick your battles and tinker bell isn't worth the fight :)
Besides...if you are smart, you will hold onto that photo. Photos like that are wonderful payback when they are snotty teenagers :) I have one of S1 wearing a TUTU!!! I threaten every once in awhile to post it somewhere like facebook....hehehehe
