Change in format

I have to restrict comments being left on my blog due to people leaving solictiting comments that I don't like. For everyone that is reading this right now, can you make a quick comment letting me know exactly who is leaving comments / reading. I am making a members list for this blog, and I need to compile a list. It's much easier to do it this way. Just please leave me a little comment letting me know that you're reading and want to be added to the members list.
