I read that earlier today as well. It is a huge problem here. We are going to vote on Monday if we want liquor controlled by a liquor board. I will be voting yes! I would love to have in banned outright. We have 6 full time RCMP here! In Hay River where we used to live there are 9 rcmp for 3500 people. We only have about 1300! Definately something wrong going on here.
Not a good few months in your town- it's really unfortunate. Read about the 8 fires caused by KIDS!!! I know you wrote about it- but man- 8 by kids. Awful. And now this, Sad Sad Sad.
