I was surfing around Sears website (my new favorite site) and found these. "My first Treadmill" and "My first Airwalker". BTW, there is also "My first stationary bike" but I didn't copy that picture. In my house, my children get exercise by GOING OUTSIDE. Guess I'm just one of the weird parents.

THIS IS INSANE! I agree with you 100%, Tina. I cannot believe there are actually parents who would buy this stuff for their kids.
LOL - those are kinda cute ... wonder if I can get for those long cold winter days where I don't want to go out side at all!
But, yes, Tina, I agree - that is insane. Put your kids outside! Monkey see, Monkey do?
Although, as a marketer, it has pretty sound merits. Let the kids workout with you at the same time in the comfort of your home! I know ... I'm bad :-)

Is it really intended as their main form of exercise, or is it just because kids like to imitate parents? Barbie has credit cards now; whatever adults have turns into a kiddy toy sooner or later. Kids are like other baby mammals, they learn life by imitating their parents. So really what this is saying is that the parents should be getting out and exercising more.
I find no words to use for commenting on these contraptions!!!
