Burn After Reading

We just finished watching this movie, and I'm still shaking my head. After "Don't Mess With the Zohan" (which we watched a few nights ago) probably the worst movie I've ever seen. I still don't get it. Any thoughts?

We watched it a few nights ago as well. TERRIBLE! However, we managed to find an even worse movie last night.. "First Born". Do not watch it! it's horrible...

It should be called Burn after Watching!! I can't believe Brad and George made this movie!

I haven't seen it yet but it's one I want to watch.
Chances are I'll hate it, too. After my stint as arts editor when I reviewed the crap that came into Capitol Theatre, I tend to be pretty harsh on movies.

Tina - from reading your blog over the years its become obvious you and I are complete opposites when it comes to food/movies/books, etc. I LOVED IT. One of my favourites this year.

But I still love you anyway :)

Rob - my thoughts exactly - Burn after Watching! Completely horrible movie - What the hell were they thinking!! Lately, the movies Brad and George choose to star in are way off the wall. There is a good one coming out soon called The Road starring Viggo Mortison - I read the book and it is deeply affecting once you get past the primitive writing style - Read the book you'll bawl your eyes out - I loved it and am still processing the underlying themes throughout the book - Great peice of Literature by Cormac McCarthy!! Check it out!

I enjoyed it, but I'm a Coen brothers fan from, well from way back to Blood Simple.

I haven't talked to anyone who liked it, so I haven't seen it. I did, however, rent "Don't Mess with the Zohan" and it is now in the top ten worst movies I've ever seen. Worse still, I didn't really read the back and rented to watch with the kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not see it. It looks like one of those movies that they could not have made in the past.
